Dear Mollie
Dear Mollie,
We love getting letters, old school or new school. We love that the girls are reminded, often, that things have changed and it may be time for them to act more ladylike. Thanks again Mollie, makes better reading than some of the girls’ posts, love The Valet.
Hi Girls,
I thought you might like this for your library…..
Glad I was NOT OLD ENOUGH to be at that caper… well nearly… I wish I could meet the man who put pen to paper to even think of it. Thank goodness we live in a world where it is now the other way around… WELL… it is in our house and Cel loves it… except the rollers get tangled in his hair, and we both like different brands of face cream, and as for the MOANS and UNUSUAL PRACTICES… we are currently writing our own version of FIFTY SHADES.. or is it the… 60’s shades.
Love you
Mollie xxxx
Oh gosh, is this for real? now I’m not into burning books, but I would make an exception in this case. Picture this – sitting in a deckchair, in front of a huge outdoor bonfire, brandy in hand, chanting ‘burn baby burn’. Glad I wasn’t born in this era, thanks Mollie.
Just the sight of both of you in curlers and night cream, please post that Mollie
Hilarious! Oh Mollie…unusual practices??? Scary indeed….
Oh my goodness the author’s husband would most likely scream his head off if he clapped eyes on me last thing at night, or first thing in the morning….possibly wearing his cup of tea!! That’s the man’s job in this house….
How does one register reluctance by remaining silent? To moan (small only) or not to moan …..Im moaning now, not from unusual practices I can tell you!! The one thing that probably hasnt changed is the promptly to sleep bit!! Well I for one am off for a cuppa……x
“a look that is welcoming without being obvious” … I’ll have to practice that one.
